Release Stress and Increase Energy: Gentle Shaking Exercise

I’m delighted to share a simple yet amazing exercise. It can have these benefits:

  • Feel more relaxed, energized, and empowered
  • Release stress
  • Improve circulation
  • Deepen breathing
  • Send more oxygen to your brain
  • Help you think more clearly
  • Strengthen your entire body
  • Move lymph to clear toxins
  • Increase confidence

I recommend doing this exercise at least once a day. If you’re experiencing deeper stress, two or three times a day, even for 3 minutes each!
